1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by CBitss (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a ride or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Services

We provide transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, long-distance rides, corporate transport, and hourly bookings. All rides are subject to vehicle availability, geographical constraints, and other service conditions.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: You may book our services through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service team. Bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
• Payment: Payment for rides must be made at the time of service. We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and other available payment methods. All fares are subject to change based on route, distance, time of day, and service type.
• Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a ride, you must notify us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. A cancellation fee may apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during the booking process is accurate.
• You are required to treat our drivers and other customers with respect and courtesy. Abusive or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the ride without a refund.
• You must ensure that you are ready for pickup at the designated time and location. Late arrivals may result in additional charges or cancellation.

5. Vehicle and Driver Standards

• All our vehicles are regularly maintained to meet safety standards. However, we cannot be held liable for any incidents arising from unforeseen technical issues.
• Our drivers are fully licensed and trained. They will comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations. However, we are not responsible for delays due to external factors such as road closures or traffic.

6. Liability

• CBitss is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident that occurs during the provision of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by our drivers.
• We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed about any modifications.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts in Chandigarh.
